PURCHASE INFORMATION
Payment options
We accept all major international credit and debit cards through Paypal.
We do not charge any fees for payments. All prices are shown in Euros and include Spanish VAT when purchased within the EU.
SECURITY
All communication between our payment system and the cardholder is conducted via an encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. In other words, only PayPal has access to your data. It is not possible for us or any other unauthorized entity to view or read the data exchanged in connection with the purchase.
All our orders are processed through PayPal, a 100% secure online payment system. Payment is processed at the time of purchase.
BUYS
To purchase an artwork at naturalarts.co, you must fill in your personal and payment details. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an automatically generated order confirmation by email. When your purchase has been accepted and we have processed your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
CONFIRMATION
By confirming your purchase, you are entering into a binding agreement. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it for you. Shipping and other charges are non-refundable.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND VAT
When purchasing within the EU, all prices shown include VAT. When purchasing from outside the EU, the prices shown do not include VAT. All products are shipped from Madrid, Spain, so if you are purchasing from outside the EU, please be aware that local VAT and customs duties may apply, for which we are not responsible. Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout. Natural Art reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Colors
We cannot guarantee that the colors on the website are a perfect match to the actual colors of the artwork. This depends in part on the color settings of your computer or other device. Furthermore, each artwork is unique, and variations in surface texture and edges may occur.

The content of this website is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to Natural Art.
